Project Manager

We are seeking a go-getter with strong initiative and proactive mindset that is looking to progress their career and further develop their skills to join the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract as a Project Manager. You will ensure that projects are delivered within agreed quality, cost and schedule whilst maintaining the agreed project management standards and consistency ensuring delivery achieves all Company and Client requirements. This role will see you located in Adelaide (Metro).

What you will be doing:

• Leading the project team to the successful delivery of project deliverables including asset maintenance related activities ensuring achievement against defined success indicators around sustainability, relationships, subcontractor performance, client expectations and delivery requirements
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships, facilitating effective project delivery and escalation management
• Work in consultation with the Project and Asset teams to establish regular reports on technical, systems and productivity performances
• Conduct regular kick-off, tool-box talks and Take5 with subcontractors on site, in collaboration with our SHEQ team
• Deliver projects in line with project milestones and KPI reporting frameworks
• Reasonable travel intrastate may be required.

About You:

• Competency in project management software
• Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with day-to-day operations
• Experience in project reporting, monitoring and rectification reporting and forecasting
• Practical experience in project lifecycle of FM related projects
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability in influencing outcomes across stakeholders
• Trade Qualification/Background advantageous

About the Contract

Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. On behalf of more than 47 government agencies across South Australia, the Arrangement covers asset management for over 4,500 government-owned facilities such as schools, hospitals, and police stations.
