About the role 

Ventia have an opportunity for a Planner as part of Ventia’s Regional Queensland Works Delivery Program. The role will be based in Rockhampton working largely on the Energy Queensland network.

This is a great career opportunity that will provide stability and longevity whilst delivering meaningful work.
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responsible for developing specific project delivery plans
• Monitor & be proactive to ensure project timelines and critical dates are managed.
• Provide a maximum forward view of works to the field delivery teams
• Identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
• Ensure communication lines are kept open and respond in a timely manner
• Ensure when carrying your duties that all relevant SHEQ regulations are incorporated into the plan.

About you  

• Relevant Cert IV, Tertiary and or Trade qualifications
• Proven planning background in Electrical distribution networks
• Strong MS Suite skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
