Logistics Coordinator

Up to $140,000 Including Super plus applicable allowance

Ventia is looking to engage a Logistics Coordinator to work closely alongside the Telecoms team assigned to install the radio telescopes on the internationally acclaimed Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO) Project. 
 
This is a Full Time Fly in Fly Out position working a 14 day on / 7 day off roster, with meals and accommodation provided.  The project site is based in Western Australia, 800 kilometres north of Perth.
 
About the role:

• Critical inspection and receipt of materials using VPL procedures
• Timely coordination and delivery of materials accurately labelled, and all pick / bins located
• Efficient planning of storage and locations of materials within the warehouse / yard 
• Ensuring all personal actions are in line with the SH&E procedures and legislative requirements
• Coordinating and deliver items to site to ensure the sub-contractors can keep the daily work face moving forward 

 
About you: 

• Logistics and distribution experience within the telecommunications industry preferable
• Strong communication, attention to detail, numeracy, and written skills
• Forklift, MC, CV/HIAB Licences
• Dogman/Riggers Ticket
• Use of computer-based stock management systems (SAP experience, desirable)
